Position SummaryThe B2Bi Customer Coordinator will be empowered with the ability to utilize any resources necessary to ensure we are providing our customers with accurate and timely EDI communications, as well as Webservice API connectivity. This individual will work as a liaison between Admin, Ops, IT and Sales in this effort.
Coordinate onboarding process of new EDI customers
Ensure IT is provided the information they need to work with the customer’s IT group
Identification of applicable accounts in database to be included in setup for 214s (status updates)
Facilitate regular communication between IT and Sales
Work with Admin to ensure all necessary data (primarily reference numbers) are being entered in the necessary fields and formats, allowing EDI data to be transmitted accurately
Assist IT with design and testing
Proactively monitor customer websites and communications in an effort to identify potential EDI issues before they are escalated.
Serve as primary contact for Sales when EDI problems are brought to their attention.
Research and rectify issues with 214 (Status Update) scorecards.
Work with IT, Admin, Operations and Sales to problem solve any type of EDI issue.
Troubleshoot 210 (Freight Invoice) rejections.
Provide assistance to customers connecting via Webservice APIs.
Assist in long term redesign of EDI application interface
Provide supplemental support to the EDI Auditor.
Additional duties as required by leadership.
To be qualified for this position, you must possess the following:
Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Demonstrable aptitude for technology and learning new software.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both orally and in writing
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with A. Duie Pyle.
